The format is quite simple, but effective...we have an open stage starting each Thursday evening at 7 p.m.The first ten perfomers to sign up get 15 minutes to strut their stuff...mainly folk music, but some jazz and classical piano and guitar...after that each performer gets two songs. Comedy and poetry are always welcome....

There is a suggested five dollar donation to help cover costs -- hall, sound system, etc.

Coffee, tea, water and cookies are available. We believe in the 'kiss' principle. (i.e. keep it simple sweetheart).

We're located on the Mount St. Louis Road and the Fourth Line of Oro-Medonte. (If you're coming from Barrie, take Highway 93 to Hillsdale, then go right on Mill St. for about five minutes. Mill Street becomes the Mt. St. Louis Road). It is an old one-room schoolhouse, now a parish hall...magically transformed every Thursday evening into a very hip coffeehouse.
