We celebrated Lu's birthday last Thursday...as usual, Lu invites her friends to the coffeehouse for this little party...as far as the eye can see, everyone had a great time...

I'm really pleased to see that we now have a few young performers who enjoy the coffeehouse as much as we do. They often bring their own music to share with us. One of these performers, who is just pushing twenty, has one CD of his own to his credit and is working on his second. We hope more young folk will find their way to our little Thursday night party at Mt. St. Louis

 

Hi, John - This is a great idea  I think we should annouce this at the Coffee House, so people know about it.  I'll make sure it gets mentioned next Thursday.

 Latest news for the blog - our operating committee met yesterday.  We went over the financial and historical reports, dicussed the items in the suggestion box, and made plans for our 7th anniversary, which will be April 23rd.
